早在 2003/01/07，Apple 正式推出他們自家的瀏覽器－Safari 予 Mac 用戶以取代由 Microsoft 製作的 Mac 版本 Internet Explorer（Internet Explorer for Mac）。而踏進這個瀏覽器面世十週年的 2013 年一月，Safari 除了推出 Mac OS X 的版本（6.0.2）外，還推出 Windows 版本（5.1.7，已停止後續更新）以及 iOS 內置的「Mobile Safari」瀏覽器，跳轉後可以看到十年前 Apple 發表 Safari 時的影片。
