抄襲的代價：Samsung 須向 Apple 賠償超過 10 億美金，而 Apple 一分錢也不用賠

Apple 與 Samsung 的專利戰終於取得判決，根據 The New York Times 的報導，經過陪審團的會議商討過後，裁定 Samsung 侵犯 Apple 部分專利，Samsung 必須向 Apple 賠償超過 10 億美元（相等於 HK$78億、NT$300億），雖然這較 Apple 原先提出的 25 億少，但畢竟這也是個天文數字啊。同時，由於陪審團認為 Apple 並沒有侵犯 Samsung 的專利，因此 Apple 並不須向 Samsung 作出任和賠償。
