今天 Apple 向開發人員釋出第一個 OS X Mountain Lion 更新的測試版本－OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.1（build 12B13），Apple 在這次更新中要求開發人員集中測試 Active Directory、Microsoft Exchange、Safari 的 PAC proxies、USB 以及連接至 Thunderbolt Display 後的 Wi-Fi 及音訊功能。不過，據 9to5Mac 的報導，這次更新仍未加入 Facebook 整合和 iMessage 帳號整合，跳轉後是更新詳情（release notes）。
